More about me

I'm As, also known as Åsveig.
Health has always been deeply ingrained in my life. Growing up in Norway, my family prioritized wholesome living—every meal was homemade and nourishing, and from an early age, I was immersed in the principles of good nutrition and well-being. 
Yet, as I grew older, I struggled with perfectionism, bad confidence and
self-doubt. As a teenager, I became obsessed with exercising and eating “right,” being super mean to myself for not meeting unrealistic expectations. Running became my therapy—step by step, breath by breath—but it also became an obsession, and my journey towards healing and balance started.


Through the years, I’ve learned to shift my mindset. I’ve worked hard to build a healthy relationship with food, exercise, and, most importantly, myself.
Today, I train because I love feeling strong, fit, and capable. I fuel my body because I want to live a life full of energy and possibility. I’ve found joy in balance, listening to my body, and focusing on the "why" behind what I do. Nature has always been another source of healing for me—whether it’s hiking, skiing, or simply sitting in stillness.

I’m also currently studying nutrition to deepen my understanding of how food and lifestyle choices impact overall health. Combining this knowledge with my personal experience allows me to guide others toward making sustainable, meaningful changes.

Travelling has given me the opportunity to embrace new environments while staying connected to the outdoors, meeting like-minded people, and putting myself and my needs first. But my journey hasn’t just been about my own growth. Over time, I’ve realized how many people feel stuck—working out but not seeing results, eating what they believe is healthy but still feeling low-energy, or not knowing how to begin making changes. I know how overwhelming it can feel, and that’s why I’m so passionate about helping others.

My approach isn’t about quick fixes or temporary solutions. It’s about understanding the “why” behind everything we do, finding what works for you, so changes feel natural and lasting. Whether it’s losing weight, building strength, improving sleep or transforming your relationship with food, I’m here to guide you to your healthiest, happiest self.

This journey can be life-changing. I’ve experienced it, and now I’m here to help you do the same.
